    Delivery Times and method

    We deliver anywhere in New Zealand.

    We use the NZ couriers service which can deliver to physical addresses only.

    Please note do not deliver to PO boxes.

    All parcels sent require a signature (Track and trace). Your order may be left at your door or in the mail box, at which point we take no responsibility for.

    Delivery time frame

    Within Auckland: within 2-3 working days

    Outside Auckland: 3-4 working days

    We strongly recommend that you are home to receive your order. Our delivery times have been created to enable you to be home to receive your order. If you are not at home, a card will be left behind. Follow the instructions to redeliver the item at the same address at a suitable time, redirect it to a work address or pick it up yourself from the nearest NZ Couriers courier depot.


    Product out of stock

    If the product you have ordered is out of stock, our shop sales team will inform you the ETA. The rest of your order will be sent out and the item on back order will follow (delivery time will be informed).

    If you are not happy to wait you can amend your order/substitute the product with a similar product, cancel the order for that product or cancel the entire order. If you decide to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided within 2-3 working days.



    Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please call us to check the status of your order.


    If the product is damaged or broken on arrival please inform us immediately and we will resend you a new one.

    If a product you have received is different from what you order, we take sole responsibility of arranging pick up of the incorrectly delivered product and sending out the right product.

    DNZAB regrets that they are NOT liable to exchange or refund products incorrectly ordered by customers.

    All return items should be sent to our address below at your own cost.

    If the product has been tried on such as in the case of socks or insoles, the item cannot be replaced.

    Please ensure you order the right size when you place the order for these kinds of items.


    A refund will be issued via your original method of payment and the funds should be available within 5 business days.

    Additional Charges.

    All of our prices are inclusive of GST.

    Delivery charges:

    $7.00 within Auckland this includes Waiheke

    $11.20 outside of Auckland.

    Please note that we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.

    Details of your security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card data

    Diabetes NZ Auckland Branch is committed to maintaining database security for online financial transactions and donee confidential information.  Diabetes NZ Auckland Branch maintains industry standard network security procedures including firewalls, virus and intrusion detection along with authentication protocols.  These are overseen by a Third Party IT provider to ensure all software and hardware components are up to date.

    Diabetes NZ Auckland Branch does not store credit card data electronically.  Online payments are made via a third party service provider (payment gateway) for the purposes of completing the transaction.

    In the event that credit card data is physically recorded for the purpose of providing goods and services, the data is securely disposed of upon completion of the transaction as in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
