Diabetes NZ Auckland Branch is a not-for-profit organisation that receives no funding from the New Zealand government. In order to provide the support and services that we do for those affected by diabetes, we are reliant on the generosity of trusts, grant bodies and other partners.
The kindness of our supporters ensures that the people living with diabetes in Auckland today receive the support and care that they require in order to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Without these contributions, we would not be able to do all of the work that we do across Auckland.
A heart felt thank thank you goes out from our whole community to our supporters.

Hugh had quietly given away a lot of money throughout his life to those less fortunate than himself. The Trust was formed in Hugh’s later years to formalise his donation process and to encourage other businesses to do the same.
